Green’s is a bespoke, high-end, residential building contractor based in Mumbles, South Wales. From grade listed renovations to entire new build projects, Green’s delivers turnkey solutions, whilst ensuring that the highest possible standards are met on all aspects of a project.
Green's Carpentry and Building Services Ltd was first established in 2010 by Andy Green. The company was incorporated in 2015 and has since built a reputation for excellence in creating luxury homes and spaces for our clients.
Our highly skilled, creative in-house team and trade specialists oversee all aspects of the building process including design, planning, construction, project management, contract administration and accounting.
Every project is a unique, bespoke response to brief, budget and site, and alongside our construction team we have Green's Joinery which design and produce handcrafted, kitchens, storage solutions and furniture for our build projects and individual clients.
Aftercare is also of paramount importance to us and with this in mind, Green’s Maintenance offer tailored care packages to both existing and individual clients.

Our team comprises of a broad and diverse group of talented and dedicated people who share a passion for construction and design. The company structure consists of a skilled joinery department, 1st and 2nd fix carpenters, bathroom installers, stonemasons, bricklayers, a roofing team and a group of industrious and reliable labourers.
Within the office, we have an experienced management team made up of our Company Director, who is responsible for dealing with new work enquiries, leading the design process, establishing project teams and retains a leading role in all stages of the project.
We also benefit from the experience of a Purchasing Manager and Assistant, a Design Department, a Trainee QS and a Client Services Manager.
Our project delivery team on the ground consists of a number of skilled and accomplished Project Managers and Site Supervisors who all work tirelessly to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
