Within walking distance from the shores of Langland Bay, you will find this warm and welcoming family home, full of character and charm.

Along with our friends at No.8 Project Interior Designers, the brief was to design and refurbish this family home, with the aim of retaining as much authenticity as possible. 

Brimming with intricate and unique features, the Brynfield Road project was brought into the 21st century with a sympathetic and detailed approach, combining contemporary materials and colour schemes with a homage to its heritage.

Engaging with our client on many levels saw the working collaboration achieve maximum results, with careful consideration being given to all aspects of the project.

From its structure, right the way through to its finishing, the project comprised of a finite joinery package, a new cut roof, an additional standing seam, a zinc cladded dormer and an internal reconfiguration which all came together to create this sophisticated and luxurious aesthetic.
