Glebe House

Glebe House entwines itself in the nature of its surroundings; a unique project, boasting original features. Green’s welcomed the rare opportunity of working on such a project, and in working the Architect, the clients we set out to restore and enhance this exceptional country house.

By deciphering the brief, it meant that the run-down fabric of the existing building required extensive refurbishment and structural work. This project included a single storey, contemporary glass extension which lent itself to a multitude of opportunities, inclusive of a self-contained accommodation building, multiple garages, an internal courtyard, a gym and the addition of an office space.

Reinstating original features, as part of this contemporary intervention, saw a collaborative and dynamic approach to the selection of furniture, lighting, and a bespoke joinery package.

With stunning views overlooking one of Gower’s most iconic beaches, it truly is the most idyllic setting for this fabulous home.
